Mix, then evidence
Sentiment is a reading of existing items, not a second listening product. You see the mix, you open the story, you have the quote, the outlet and the timestamp.
Stance over time is useful for comms and crisis. It is not a mood ring and it is not advice. If the corpus is thin, the mix is thin. We will not invent a panel.
Opening the story is the product: quote, outlet, timestamp.
- Always attached to the items that moved the needle
- Named competitors only, same window as Measure
- Not legal or medical interpretation
Where it belongs
Agencies and enterprise comms use it next to share of voice. Compliance and legal packs do not offer legal interpretation. We will not dress a score as advice.
Sentiment is not a second corpus. If the item is not in the feed, the view is empty. That emptiness is the product being honest.
Questions we get
- Is it real time?
- Quasi real time: minutes on priority sources, with cadence, timezone and quiet hours. Not a one-second stream of the whole web.
- Do you cover everything?
- No. Public pages in the workspace or pack. Official sources, company sites, documented providers. Exhaustiveness is not the offer.
- What if the audit finds nothing?
- We do not sell. The dated sample is yours to keep. That is the wedge, not a trial of empty dashboards.
- Who is the client?
- A B2B workspace. Particulars, candidates, buyers and creators are never the client. At most a channel the customer already uses.

The first meeting is a dated audit. If the backtest is empty, we do not sell.
Then sources, cadences, the first monitors. Minutes on priority sources.
