Terms of Service
How you may use this site and a Piqline workspace. A signed order prevails if it conflicts with this page.

1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply when you use piqline.com, request a walkthrough, or access a Piqline workspace. "You" means the organisation you represent, and the people that organisation invites into a workspace.
Piqline is the operator of this site and of the service at piqline.com. For questions: hello@piqline.com. For a plan: sales@piqline.com.
2. The service
Piqline is a B2B media-intelligence service. We watch public sources that you name or that a pack documents, keep the dates, and deliver briefings, alerts and answers in a workspace.
We are a software editor. We do not take a success fee on deals you close. We do not sell an exhaustive crawl of the web, raw firehoses, or legal or medical interpretation.
3. Access
You cannot open an account from this site. Access is granted after a walkthrough with sales. A Piqline engineer then opens the workspace, sources and first monitors.
Sign-in is for people who already have a seat. Operators use @piqline.com accounts. Client workspaces do not inherit operator access.
4. Your workspace
The customer is the organisation. People you invite are members of your workspace. You are responsible for their use of the service and for the sources you ask us to watch.
Workspace data belongs to the customer. You decide who sits in the workspace. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace.
5. Public sources
The service processes publicly available items - press, web pages, public professional accounts, TV and podcasts where a pack or your workspace includes them - to provide the product.
Each pack lists what it watches. A source that is not public is not in the product unless your agreement says otherwise. We do not contact people on your behalf.
6. Output is not advice
Chat, summaries, scores and alerts are tools on dated items in your workspace. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
If the chat cannot cite a dated item, it should refuse. A compliance receipt that someone read an item is a record of reading, not an opinion on the law.
7. What we do not warrant
We do not warrant that coverage is exhaustive, that every public page will appear, or that delivery is a one-second stream of the whole web.
Priority sources are watched on a cadence measured in minutes, not as a guarantee that nothing will be missed. Catalogue prices and ranges on this site are not an offer until we confirm them in an order.
8. Fees
Fees, seats, perimeters, tokens and any annual discount are set in the order or agreement we send you.
Where we apply an annual discount, the published rule is 20 percent, with no other rebate: we add seats or perimeter instead. An empty retroactive audit is not invoiced.
9. Acceptable use
Use the service for your organisation’s media intelligence. Do not misuse it, interfere with it, or use output as a substitute for a professional who can be liable for advice.
- Do not ask us to store private individuals’ contact details as a prospect file
- Do not present chat output as legal, medical or investment advice
- Do not share login credentials outside your organisation’s authorised members
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
If you have a signed agreement, that agreement says how changes apply to your workspace. Otherwise, continued use of the public site after the date above is under the updated terms.
