Ask Piqline
Answers with sources
Plain-language questions over your corpus. Ask cites dated items, and stays silent when there is no proof.
Cite, or refuse
Without a dated item, the answer is empty.
It does not invent
Ask Piqline can explain a story, compare two windows, or tell you who was first. Every claim points at items. If nothing is there to cite, the answer is a refusal. That rate is tracked.
A chatty paragraph without citations is a defect.
Agents that use Piqline stay on the same rule. An agent that "just answers" is not integrated.
From a question to a monitor
When a question is worth watching, you save it. That is an alert. Agents that must stay cited follow the same rule.
Do not turn Ask into a second listening product. If the question repeats, it belongs in a watch. If it cannot cite, it does not belong in a board pack.
Ask Piqline is not a second corpus. If the item is not in the feed, the view is empty. That emptiness is the product being honest.
Questions we get
- Is it real time?
- Quasi real time: minutes on priority sources, with cadence, timezone and quiet hours. Not a one-second stream of the whole web.
- Do you cover everything?
- No. Public pages in the workspace or pack. Official sources, company sites, documented providers. Exhaustiveness is not the offer.
- What if the audit finds nothing?
- We do not sell. The dated sample is yours to keep. That is the wedge, not a trial of empty dashboards.
- Who is the client?
- A B2B workspace. Particulars, candidates, buyers and creators are never the client. At most a channel the customer already uses.

The first meeting is a dated audit. If the backtest is empty, we do not sell.
Then sources, cadences, the first monitors. Minutes on priority sources.
