What we collect on this site and in a workspace, why we use it, and how to ask us about it.
Last updated 29 September 2026
1. Who we are
Piqline operates this website and the Piqline service. Write to hello@piqline.com. Sales requests go to sales@piqline.com.
This page covers personal data handled on this site and in a B2B workspace. If you need company details for a contract, ask sales - we will send what is on the order, not a placeholder.
2. What we collect
What we collect depends on how you use Piqline.
- Walkthrough and contact forms: name, work email, organisation, the job you selected, optional message, and an optional meeting window
- Workspace accounts: email and authentication data, membership, and the content your team puts in the workspace
- Technical data needed to keep you signed in and to remember the active workspace - see Cookies
3. Contact forms
The public forms send your message by email to sales@piqline.com. We also send you a receipt at the address you gave.
We do not store the form in our application database. The email provider retains the message in order to deliver it. If you write to us later, that correspondence lives in email, not as a marketing profile we built from the form.
4. Why we use it
We use this information to answer a request, to open and run a workspace, and to keep the service secure.
For a business enquiry, we use the details you sent so we can reply. For a workspace, we process membership and workspace content to provide the service agreed with your organisation. We do not use this site to sell a consumer account.
5. Public items in the product
To deliver media intelligence we process public pages and broadcasts that a workspace or pack watches. Workspace data is treated as company data by default.
We do not keep a store of private individuals’ contact details for outreach. Directors and creators who appear in public sources are not turned into a calling list. You contact people. We do not.
6. Who we share with
We do not sell this information. We use service providers to host the site, authenticate users, store workspace data, and send email.
On this application that includes Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and workspace data) and Resend (transactional email). Other processors used to operate the service are available on request.
7. How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept while the workspace is active and as required by the agreement with your organisation.
Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and as required by law. We do not publish a fixed number of days we cannot stand behind.
8. Your rights
If the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and for a copy of data you provided.
Write to hello@piqline.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will need enough information to find your request - typically the work email you used.
9. Transfers and children
Some processors may process data outside your country. We use them only to operate the service.
Piqline is for organisations. It is not a service for children.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the current version.
